  I don't know how much do you do coding and debugging but the kind of experience and the expectations that I am facing here are very high.

 

  These people even they are at the age of 30-40 do only coding .. and I think might be because of that things they have expectations .. earlier I was not feeling the heat here .. but now they are expecting a lot from my side ... give you any task and you have to solve it with your own not more than 4 days...

 

  I was thinking, Am I really so experienced .. as

 

  The kind expectations they have from my side are very high. They were expecting with in 3 days I should complete the Pre-ME task. By understanding the architecture and the way it access the memory.

 Today some how they realised that it won't be possible for me to finish it with in 3-4 days and assigned me new task. Here they have written a C model of object tracking code in cpp. I have to port that code in the current encoder code with the optimised way by this weekend.

  Feeling bad that I missed the chance to work with PreEstimation block. But even it was a tough task for me to complete it with in 3-4 days. And what happended Gavs, as lot many things going in parallel while discussing here I mixed VPP(Video Preprocessor) in PreEstimation block .. And I think he might have thought of I have not understood anything.

 Any ways ... Rest all is fine at my end.. 
   Yes last to last weekend I went to SFO .. through a touist bus..Enjoyed a bit.

What I realised is that it is not who you are and what you want .. till the time you are confident about yourself and your subconscious mind is working with you there is no worry You can conqure the world.

It is more and most important that you belive and act on what you think and what u want to be..these two things must be aligned to each other. If there is mismatch then it creates problem for you and your family

HI You,
I know you are a very ambitious person. Who think I have everything in my Life and I am capable to get what I want/expect from the life.
But my dear at this point I just want to remind you that what you plan about life is not important. How you take your life to a success and big achievement is important ans its totally depends on you. Every year and year after you will have planned your Goals and even you have done implementations of the thoughts that you have at the start of the year.
Being a common human being we expect a lot , But think that it is nothing because what we think about to achieve, is already achieved my someone. Still we keep planning and want to discover ourselves.
And you all know that what we plan and what we think of is not always happen, Some times it happen 90% some times it happens 20%. Why is it so .. ??
1. I was not confident when I set my Goals. Self belief I couldn't understand.
2. I am not a prudential person so don't know about what will happen in the one year and how can I plan ?
3. I am not so practical person that live as a Machine in every aspect.
4. I don't have time to do it event though I want to do it.
5. The way I was thinking it doesn't happen in that way.
6. Even I don't know how to plan? But want to be something great in my life.

There is no answer for this question :
Even you do your best while planning and implementations The results are not in your Hand. And we are common human being always think about the result rather than what we are going to achieve though this result. As result is temporary and not the eternal bliss.
So the things become uncontrollable by any means even though you give yourself 100% into it or not. ... Results are not in your hand.
And I think you are agree with me. The only way to overcome this problem is that

Never think of the result, rather think about the process which you have planned out to achieve good results and then learn the process it has life's lessons. Everybody in the life come with extra-ordinary personality.

But when results do not match expectations this personality start asleep. Because always worried about what will happen if I get it ? What will happen if I could not get it ?
My Dear ... That it is not in your control .. but to achieve it the efforts you will take are defiantly in your hand. And there only your progress is. And that is the situation where you will grow in all aspects.

So in life : you have the power to being great, By accepting great responsibility (like Superman) accepting great challenge (like Mahatma Gandhi) and doing what you want that is going to help the surroundings (Mother teressa). And you are a lot more than this.

So never ever feel sad and bad about what I was planed and why didn't I get it ? and How I got success did I deserve it ?

My Dear Rupali,Aai,
I am missing you a lot here in USA. Even everything is fine here still I am missing you a lot here. I am writing you some of the points I would like to share with you. These experiences made me think off and enjoyed a lot while traveling.

The flight was so big that I think about 300 people will sit comfortably. You know, every sit has the TV screen attached backside of the seat. It was similar to like our small computer or mobile, you can select TV,Movie,Game,Travel Info, How the flight is traveling the map of world and your flight where exactly you are at this point of your journey. And in this we can see the details like what speed our Air-Craft is moving the outside temperature and time to destination.

There were Air-Hostess called flight attendant they are ready for your help. Because flight started from Mumbai I think they have supported both the Indian and English women in the flight. So first Instruction was in English and then Indian woman use to repeat it in Hindi. That’s why it’s easy to understand what is going in side the plane, like when will dinner will be served and safety precaution.

I got the middle seat for the journey and hole journey I could not get the window seat.
And seating in the Aircraft, I was thinking what will happen and how we will go into the sky. But till the time it moves and travel to a distance it was just like seating into a luxury bus. The instruction was given to tight the belt around your seat and they checked individually weather you have tighten you belt or not.
Once this Aircraft start moving at high speed to very high speed and with in the moment it goes into the sky. You will experience the tilted position and then you can see that city below you. Just wonderful and scare about are we really flying and the roads and building below us, Will we strike them??

But till the time I think and experience this beautiful things, aircraft moves ahead in the height and reached to 10,000 feet Altitude height. At this height you can start your electronic equipments. And I can not see anything outside as that day when I started the journey was night it was complete dark outside even the day when the next journey started it was only cloudy feeling outside, no more you can see what is there in the earth.
Only the starting 5 minutes and landing 5 minutes the experience is very good else it’s simply like our travelling in bus.

Our flight journey started at 1.05am that you know and dinner get served at 2.30am, that time I was missing you a lot and even I could not even believe that here it’s so dark at 2.45am. I have written one time statement sharing with you,

The seat where I seated all we were Indian’s only, The person besides me was traveling to Atlanta. That was good thing for me that I can get his help in the journey in between. As our first stop in the journey was New-York, we have to do the custom clearance and Immigration check here. And here was the case, where my Friends were told me the stories that you will face to a lot of problem and be ready for every answer and what you are caring inside the bags. But it happened smoothly that I never face any difficulty(this is because of you, you are God for me). Here baggage was checked again for the custom clearance we have to fill a form mentioning what are we caring in the travel and the other form called I 94 that is required for the duration you are going to stay in US and when should you come back. Both these things cleared very easily.

Here we have the time of 1 and half hour we did it speedily as we have to go into again the same connecting flight to ATLANTA. In the mean time I got one of the friend who is traveling to US at same destination were I want to go i.e San Franscico.

In the travel I got so many doubts that How the plane will be made up off?, How it take off?, Where would be the kitchen in the plane?, If earth is rotating then is there any real need of traveling at such high speed ? How the tires of these planes are designed? And how they take care of our baggage and get it at right destination place without asking you again is it your baggage?
But to tell you really I kept my thoughts aside, Just like John story, and enjoyed the journey.

When I started journey from ATLANTA to San Fransico I was exactly in the middle seat and both American were sat at my both end. And the right hand side American was a POLOCE man. So I was very careful about how I sat, How I take water, How I sleep and like that

I am missing you a lot .
Some of the things that I loved here
1. these people are so systematic and ruled in their behavior that no one of us would ever be so planed living. Like how to sit, how to talk, how much to talk.
2. Atlanta airport was really classic and full of excitement there It simply like English movie atmosphere around me

It was already known that our next flight is after 2.30 hours. When I enquired that which get I will cath this flight she told me that it is coming to gate A-20. And right now we were at gate no E. How to reach there was dilemma for me.
When I was about to go the gate A-20 I saw currency change office but thought that it would be great if I first go to gate A20 and then think of currency change as here I don’t know how much time I will require to reach to gate A.

When I asked around, I realized I have to travel through the underground train, there they have 6 concourses at Atlanta starting from E,D,F,B,A and T
I get down through the steps, you will see that every where they have automated steps that are driven by machine like our City pride theatre, When I arrived at ground it was bit confusion for me as In life 1st time I was going to travel through the underground train, That you remember incident happened in Delhi when we went to see how the underground train is?? and tried to take the photos of it.
I waited for the train it was coming after 1 minute and 27 seconds, I went inside and reached to gate no A. Then after asking I made to come to gate A20 here I realized that no body was there from Delta Flight to guide us. And I was worried about the bags as they told us your baggage will be automatically transferred from one plane to other and I want to ensure that by asking to a Delta Agent.

And again there was a worry that I don’t have any $ dollar with me. Thinking so I sat to the A20 gate I found the same guy whome I met while traveling at New-York. He was cool and calm personality. He suggested that why don’t you get down again and get the conversion of dollars that you have it is better to do it here rather than SFO. And it is located at station E I understood at catch the train again it was E concourse.
I came to currency change office there was a lady asked her to get the check in cashed, she was good and helped me a lot, she charged me 2% as a service charge. I received 294$ out of 300$
I was happy and started my back journey fast. I catched train again to reach at station A. In train I realized that by mistake I carried the pen of that lady with me. I felt guilt about it, I was thinking of getting down and give her pen back, but till the time of thinking and taking decision station A arrived.
In the feeling of guilt I came and sat down with guy who suggested to me to go and do the currency chage. I explained him the story and asked him that still one more hour to go can I get back and give pen to that lady. Being Indian he said please don’t worry, be calm and let her be there “Ek pen se kya hoga ?” then we sat together for about an hour and discussed a lot about our profession. He shared what his experiences, this was his 5th time journey to US.

The Delta agents arrived announced about the timings of flight and then sitting there I was thinking of getting lunch in this plane but when I listened to instructions given by the Air-hostess I understood ther is no lunch, ya they are serving complementary food but no lunch. And in the complementary food they have 6 biscuits and one coffe/coco-cola. Also there if u want to have luch you can ask for it but at the prize of dollar that mentioned in the menu card.
So I decided to take only biscuits and survive here.

It was written in the air-craft tickets that journey is about only 2 and half hour , but actual journey was about about 5 hours because of East Zone and West Zone in America different timings at Atlanta and SFO.

In this journey the extra advantage was the live telecast they were supported 10 different channels just enjoyyyyy. But I want to sleep and forced myself to sleep till the hole journey I never ever got up from my sit. Can you imagine about 6 hours I was sitting on the same sit.
Came to Air-port SFO and with the help of mine friend find the super fast shuttle ( Which is car only with the capacity of sitting 8 persons at a time and door to door service to individual.)

We were tired because of journey He left first from the Shuttle and then after my station came. Came to room washed my legs and gave a call to Mom and then you.

Then after you know how am I here ??

One more thing – Can you imagine there is no drinking water inside the room if u want either you fill up your bottle from the restaurant or buy a new bottle of water.

The lady who is house kipper –came today afternoon she only explained me that how to start the heater in the room till the time I was getting cold because of the cold outside.

The time here is 7.35pm Sunday. Missing you a lot my dear. It’s raining outside and to cold here.

Take Care of yourself and our babu I don’t want to stay here any more.
