Start Using Your subconscious Mind ... Conquer the World

Experiece:

 

  I don't know how much do you do coding and debugging but the kind of experience and the expectations that I am facing here are very high.

 

  These people even they are at the age of 30-40 do only coding .. and I think might be because of that things they have expectations .. earlier I was not feeling the heat here .. but now they are expecting a lot from my side ... give you any task and you have to solve it with your own not more than 4 days...

 

  I was thinking, Am I really so experienced .. as

 

  The kind expectations they have from my side are very high. They were expecting with in 3 days I should complete the Pre-ME task. By understanding the architecture and the way it access the memory.

 Today some how they realised that it won't be possible for me to finish it with in 3-4 days and assigned me new task. Here they have written a C model of object tracking code in cpp. I have to port that code in the current encoder code with the optimised way by this weekend.

  Feeling bad that I missed the chance to work with PreEstimation block. But even it was a tough task for me to complete it with in 3-4 days. And what happended Gavs, as lot many things going in parallel while discussing here I mixed VPP(Video Preprocessor) in PreEstimation block .. And I think he might have thought of I have not understood anything.

 Any ways ... Rest all is fine at my end.. 
   Yes last to last weekend I went to SFO .. through a touist bus..Enjoyed a bit.

Today is 14/09/08

What I realised is that it is not who you are and what you want .. till the time you are confident about yourself and your subconscious mind is working with you there is no worry You can conqure the world.

It is more and most important that you belive and act on what you think and what u want to be..these two things must be aligned to each other. If there is mismatch then it creates problem for you and your family
